  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 43(3) and (4)(d) of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nLocal Government, England\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5(1) to (3), (4)(a), (c) to (g), (5)(a) to (c), (6) to (9), 6(4), 43(2) and 46(1) of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014.\nIn accordance with section 43(3) and (4)(d) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
