# The Local Audit (Smaller Authorities) Regulations 2015, Paragraph 27: Modification to Schedule 5 (eligibility and regulation of local auditors)


Paragraph 18 of Schedule 5 applies in relation to a smaller authority as if—
(a) after sub-paragraph (1) there were inserted—
“(1A) In subsection (1), omit paragraph (a).”;
(b) for sub-paragraph (2) there were substituted—
“(2) Omit subsections (2) to (4) and (6) to (8).”; and
(c) sub-paragraphs (4) and (5) were omitted.
