# The Local Audit (Smaller Authorities) Regulations 2015, Paragraph 33: Modification to the Transport Act 1968


Section 14(3) of the Transport Act 1968 applies in relation to an opted in authority which is an exempt authority as if the words “, together with a copy of the auditor’s opinion on that statement” were omitted.
