  "text": "The following functions in relation to CIL cannot be exercised by a contractor—\n(a) the approval of the declaration to be submitted with the charging schedule under section 212(4) of the 2008 Act;\n(b) the approval of a charging schedule under section 213 of the 2008 Act;\n(c) the determination that a charging schedule is to cease to have effect under section 214(3) of the 2008 Act; or\n(d) the application for the issue of a warrant of commitment against any debtor.",
