Section 333 (party political broadcasts) has effect as if—

(a)

in subsection (1) after “licensed public service channel,” there were added “every local digital television programme service”, and

(b)

in subsection (6), after the definition of “designated organisation”, there were inserted—

  • ““local digital television programme service” has the meaning given in article 3 of the Local Digital Television Programme Services Order 2012;”.
