Article 17

Rule 34 of the elections rules (voting procedure) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (6)(f) (specified documents to include British seaman’s card)^f1 for the words from “under” to the end substitute “or having effect as if made under section 79 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995^f2”.

In paragraph (6)(g) (specified documents to include plastic card with national insurance number embossed on it)^f3 for the words “of Health and Social Security or the Department of Social Security” substitute “for Social Development”.
