  "text": "Draft Order in Council laid before Parliament under section 84(4) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nNORTHERN IRELAND\nMade 2001\nComing into force 2001\nAt the Court at , the day of 2001\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 84(1) and (3) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998, is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
