Article 1 Citation, commencement, extent and application

This Order may be cited as the Local Elections (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Order 2021.

(2)

This Order comes into force at the end of the period of 21 days beginning with the day on which it is made.

(3)

This Order extends to Northern Ireland only.

(4)

Article 2 has no effect in relation to any election in respect of which the notice of election is published before the day on which this Order comes into force.
