  "text": "(1) In this Order—\n“the 1962 Act” means the Electoral Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1962;\n“Local Elections Rules” means the rules in Schedule 5 to the 1962 Act; and\n“the 1985 Order” means the Local Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 1985.\n(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 applies to Article 1 and this Article and the following provisions of this Order as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.",
