In paragraph 4 (voting as proxy) after sub-paragraph (10) insert—

“(10A)

Sub-paragraph (2) does not prevent a person (“P”), at the polling station allotted to P, marking a tendered ballot paper in pursuance of rule 37 of the Local Elections Rules.”.
