Paragraph 16 Modification of the Local Elections Rules

Rule 44 (attendance at counting of votes)f1 applies as if in paragraph (1), after sub-paragraph (f), there were inserted—

“(g)

a person who falls within sub-paragraphs (a) to (e) of rule 49(2) of Schedule 1 to the European Parliamentary Elections (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2004 (European Parliamentary elections rules)f2,”.
