Paragraph 18 Modification of the Local Elections Rules

Rule 58 (forwarding of documents)^f1 applies as if after paragraph (4) there were inserted—

“(5)

Where the same copy of the register, the same notice or the same list has been used for the local election and the European Parliamentary election under rules 16A^f2, 34, 35, 36, 37 or 39A, paragraph (3) does not apply to that copy of the register, or that notice or list, as the case may be.”.
