# The Local Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 2023, Article 2: Applications for the appointment of a proxy


In paragraph 9(1) of Schedule 2 to the Local Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 (additional requirements for applications for the appointment of a proxy), omit “together with his family relationship, if any, with the applicant,”.
