Article 5 Forms used in local elections

(1)

In the Electoral Law Act (Northern Ireland) 1962^f1, in Schedule 5 (local election rules)^f2—

(a)

replace Form 6 (elector’s official poll card)^f3 with the form in Schedule 1;

(b)

replace Form 7 (proxy’s official poll card)^f4 with the form in Schedule 2.

In the Local Elections (Northern Ireland) Order 1985^f5, in Part 1 of Schedule 2 (voting by post, by proxy and by post as proxy), in the Appendix^f6, replace Form 1 (Proxy paper)^f7 with the form in Schedule 3.
