# The Local Government Finance (Scotland) Amendment Order 2011, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Amendment Order 2011 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is approved by a resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
