# The Local Government (Structural Changes) (Miscellaneous Amendments and Other Provision) Order 2009, Article 21: Amendment of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (Establishment of Conservation Board) Order 2004


(1) The Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (Establishment of Conservation Board) Order 2004 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 4 (specified number of Board members)—
(a) in paragraph (1), for “17” substitute “15”;
(b) in paragraph (2), for “15” substitute “14”.
(3) In Schedule 1 (specified local authorities)—
(a) omit “North Wiltshire District Council” and “West Wiltshire District Council”.
