# The Local Government (Structural Changes) (Miscellaneous Amendments and Other Provision) Order 2009, Article 24: Amendment of the Agricultural Wages Act 1948


In the Agricultural Wages Act 1948, in Schedule 2 (combinations of counties for which agricultural wages committees are to be initially established), in the table of counties in England—
(a) for “Bedfordshire” substitute “Bedford, Central Bedfordshire”;
(b) for “Cheshire” substitute “Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Chester”.
