  "text": "This Draft Statutory Instrument has been printed in substitution for the Draft Statutory Instrument of the same title, which was laid on 26th February 2009, and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Draft Statutory Instrument.\nDraft Order laid before Parliament under section 240(6) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nLocal Government, England\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThe Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7, 11, 13 and 240(10) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007.\nThe incidental, consequential, transitional and supplementary provision made by this Order relates to the following orders made under section 7 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007:\nthe Bedfordshire (Structural Changes) Order 2008;\nthe Cheshire (Structural Changes) Order 2008;\nthe Cornwall (Structural Change) Order 2008;\nthe County Durham (Structural Change) Order 2008;\nthe Northumberland (Structural Change) Order 2008;\nthe Shropshire (Structural Change) Order 2008;\nthe Wiltshire (Structural Change) Order 2008.\nIn accordance with section 240(6) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, a draft of this Order was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
