Article 11 Amendment of the Workington Harbour Act 1974

The Workington Harbour Act 1974f1 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2)

In section 3 (interpretation) for the definition of “the Council” substitute—

  • ““the Council” means Cumberland Council;”.
