  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 63B(6) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984, section 61(2) of the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and section 20(6) of the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nPolice, England And Wales\nAnimals, England\nLocal Government, England And Wales\nFees And Charges\nMade ***\nComing into force 16th January 2012\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 63B(6) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984, section 6(4), (5), (6), (8) and (14) of the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and sections 15, 16(7), 17(6) and 20(5) of the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006.\nIn accordance with section 6(15) of the Animal Welfare Act 2006, the Secretary of State has consulted those persons appearing to him to represent interests with which these Regulations are concerned as he considered appropriate.\nIn accordance with section 63B(6) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984, section 61(2) of the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and section 20(6) of the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
