Regulation 3 Amendments to the Docking of Working Dogs’ Tails (England) Regulations 2007

The Docking of Working Dogs’ Tails (England) Regulations 2007^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “police identification”, for “police authority” substitute “local policing body or chief officer of police”.

In regulation 3(2)(c)(iii) (certification requirements), for “police authority” substitute “local policing body or chief officer of police”.
