# The Localism Act 2011 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2012, Paragraph 1: Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 (c. 12)


In section 6(1A) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 (exception to maximum shareholding in society) after “Act 2000” insert “or the power in section 1 of the Localism Act 2011”.
