Paragraph 7 Service Charges (Consultation Requirements) (England) Regulations 2003
In regulation 3(1)(b)(ii) of the Service Charges (Consultation Requirements)(England) Regulations 2003f1 (management agreements between local authorities and certain bodies not to be qualifying long term agreements) after “Act 2000” insert “or section 1 of the Localism Act 2011f2”.
