Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Localism Act 2011 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2014.

This Order has effect in relation to financial years beginning on or after 1st April 2014.

In paragraph (2) “financial year” means a period of 12 months beginning with 1st April.
