Article 16 Operational land and land within area of Dumfries and Galloway Council

The land situated within the port limits shown edged black on sheet no. 13 shall—

(a)

be deemed to be operational land within the meaning and for the purposes of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997^f1; and

(b)

to the extent that it lies outwith the area of the Dumfries and Galloway Council, be deemed to be part of that area.
