  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 58(4) of the Crime and Courts Act 2013, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nMAGISTRATES’ COURTS, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThe Lord Chancellor makes this Order, with the concurrence of the Lady Chief Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the Crime and Courts Act 2013.\nIn accordance with section 58(4) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
