# The Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) (Scottish Inshore Region) Amendment Order 2020, Article 12: Offences


Sections 39 to 42 of the Act continue to apply in relation to anything done otherwise than under and in accordance with a marine licence before the relevant date for that licence.
