# The Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) (Scottish Inshore Region) Amendment Order 2020, Article 14: Civil sanctions


Sections 46 to 50 and schedule 2 of the Act continue to apply in relation to anything done otherwise than under and in accordance with a marine licence before the relevant date for that licence.
