Article 5 Marine licences existing when this Order comes into force

(1)

This article applies to a marine licence—

(a)

which is in effect immediately before 9 November 2020, and

(b)

to which none of articles 7 to 10 apply.

(2)

The relevant date for a marine licence which is due to expire after 29 November 2020 is 30 November 2020.

(3)

Where a marine licence is due to expire in the period beginning on 9 November 2020 and ending on 29 November 2020, it is deemed to have been granted to 30 November 2020 and that is also the relevant date for that licence.
