  "text": "Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 165(5) of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nEnvironmental Protection\nLicensing (marine)\nMade 2020\nComing into force 9th November 2020\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 32(1) and 165(1) of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn deciding to make this Order, the Scottish Ministers have had regard to the matters mentioned in section 32(4) of that Act.\nThe Scottish Ministers have carried out consultation in accordance with section 32(5) of that Act.\nIn accordance with section 165(5) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
