# The Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) (Scottish Inshore Region) Order 2011, Article 13: Propagation and cultivation of fish – removal activity and dredging activity


This article applies to—
(a) a removal activity carried on in the course of the propagation or cultivation of fish;
(b) a dredging activity carried on in the course of the propagation or cultivation of shellfish.
