  "heading": "Moorings and aids to navigation – deposits and works activity",
  "text": "(1) This article applies to a deposit or works activity carried on by—\n(a) a harbour authority;\n(b) a lighthouse authority; or\n(c) any other person in accordance with the approval or consent of any such authority,\nfor the purpose of providing a pile mooring, swinging mooring or aid to navigation.\n(2) This article does not apply—\n(a) to the deposit of a pontoon;\n(b) to the construction of a pontoon.",
