# The Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) (Scottish Inshore Region) Order 2011, Article 28: Moorings and aids to navigation – removal activity


This article applies to a removal activity carried on for the purpose of removing a mooring or aid to navigation referred to in article 27(1).
