# The Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) (Scottish Inshore Region) Order 2011, Article 30: Dismantling of ships


(1) This article applies to a deposit or removal activity carried on as part of dismantling a ship that is waste.
(2) This article does not apply to a deposit to the extent that it falls within item 8.
