  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 316(6)(b) and (7)(c) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, for approval by a resolution of each House of Parliament.\nEnvironmental Protection\nLicensing (marine)\nMarine Pollution\nTribunals And Inquiries\nMade ***\nComing into force 6th April 2011\nThe Secretary of State, as the appropriate licensing authority under section 113(2)(a), (4)(a), (6)(a) and (8) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 73 and 316(1) of that Act.\nIn accordance with section 316(6)(b) and (7)(c) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.",
