# The Marine Licensing (Licence Application Appeals) Regulations 2011, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations—
(a) may be cited as the Marine Licensing (Licence Application Appeals) Regulations 2011, and
(b) come into force on 6th April 2011.
