# The Marine Licensing (Licence Application Appeals) Regulations 2011, Regulation 14: Statement of agreed facts – inquiries


(1) The appellant and the Authority must together prepare a statement containing agreed factual information about the subject matter of the appeal.
(2) The Authority must ensure that the appointed person receives that statement at least 4 weeks before the inquiry date.
