# The Marine Licensing (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Order 2026, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Marine Licensing (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Order 2026 and comes into force on the date on which the Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction Agreement enters into force for the United Kingdom.
