Article 10 Amendment of FEPA

After section 6 of FEPA, insert—

“6A.

A licence under this Part of this Act is needed for an operation only if it is an operation to which, by virtue of section 34 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010, Part 4 of that Act does not apply.”.
