# The Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 2011, Article 11: Amendment of the Conservation (Natural Habitats, &c.) Regulations 1994


In regulation 33(1) of the Conservation (Natural Habitats, &c.) Regulations 1994—
(a) for “install” substitute “deposit or remove”; and
(b) for the words from “consent” to the end, substitute “marine licence under Part 4 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010”.
