# The Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 2011, Article 2: Interpretation


In this Order—
“the Act” means the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010;
“CPA” means the Coast Protection Act 1949;
“FEPA” means the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985.
