# The Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 2011, Article 4: CPA – safety requirements


The repeal of section 36A of CPA does not affect the operation of that provision in relation to anything occurring before the date on which that repeal takes effect.
