# The Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 2011, Article 7: FEPA – remedial action


Section 10 of FEPA continues to apply in relation to anything carried out otherwise than under and in accordance with a FEPA licence before 6th April 2011.
