These Regulations may be cited as the Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.

This regulation, and regulations 2, 3 and 6, come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

(3)

The other provisions in these Regulations come into force on exit day.
