In Article 80—

(a)

omit the sub-heading in brackets;

(b)

in paragraph 1, for “Articles 32(1), 32(2), 52(1) and 52(2) of Directive 2014/65” substitute “sections 313CA and 313CC of FSMA^f1, paragraph 7E of the Schedule to the Recognition Requirements Regulations^f2 and rules 5.6.1 and 5A.9.1 of the Market Conduct sourcebook”.
