# The Markets in Financial Instruments (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 53: Position reporting in commodity derivatives


In Article 83—
(a) omit the sub-heading in brackets;
(b) in paragraph 1, for “Article 58(1)(a) of Directive 2014/65/EU” substitute “paragraph 7BB of the Schedule to the Recognition Requirement Regulations and rule 10.4.3 of the Market Conduct sourcebook”.
