# The Markets in Financial Instruments (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 6: Introductory provisions


In regulation 1—
(a) in paragraph (2)(a), omit paragraph (v);
(b) in paragraph (3)(b)(i), at the beginning insert “any United Kingdom legislation which was relied on by the United Kingdom before exit day to implement”.
