Article 37 Fees

(1)

The Department may by order prescribe—

(a)

any fee which is required to be prescribed for the purposes of this Order; and

(b)

fees for such other matters as the Department considers necessary or expedient for the purposes of this Order.

(2)

An order shall not be made under this Article unless a draft of the order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Assembly.
