# The Maternity and Parental Leave (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Maternity and Parental Leave (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 24th November 2002.
(2) In these Regulations, “the Principal Regulations” means the Maternity and Parental Leave etc. Regulations 1999.
