  "text": "In regulation 11 (requirement to notify intention to return during a maternity leave period)—\n(a) in paragraph (1)—\n(i) after “she is entitled to” insert “both ordinary and”;\n(ii) for “21 days”’ substitute “28 days”’\n(b) in paragraph (2), for “21 days”’ substitute “28 days”’;\n(c) after paragraph (4) insert—\n“(5) This regulation does not apply in a case where the employer did not notify the employee in accordance with regulation 7(6) and (7) of the date on which the relevant maternity leave period would end.”",
